We like going to baby group playtimes, to baby classes, to play dates, and to anywhere where C can get some socializing with his peers. Where we are, there aren’t plenty of children that are of the same age like C. Heck, there are not a lot of children in general. Maybe there are but they are mostly kept in the house. Not sure. But what I know is, when we take a walk around the neighborhood, it is very seldom that we ran into other children. It’s even seldom that we ran into other human beings (say, what?!). Now before you think that we live in a desolated place, know that we live in a supposedly „lively“ but quiet suburb. There are plenty of young families here but for some reason, you almost never see children playing outside. Cars are plenty though.
Anyway, so going back to my point, we really like it when C gets some interaction with kids his age but more often than not, he brings home a virus from these gatherings. I just know that he got it from interacting with other kids because an episode of colds and runny nose usually follows a couple of days after his baby group meetings. I know, it is important for him to go through to these now so that he’ll develop his immunity against these sicknesses but I really pity him when he is sick.
He has been sick since last week. Last Tuesday I thought that he was already in the recovery period but he started coughing around Wednesday, and then he developed fever on the weekends.
Now, he seems fine but he still has slightly high temperature. I hope he gets well soon.

He is sick but he is still very active. You can’t make him lay down and have a rest.

Ohhh sorry to hear that lil buddy got sick.. he must have gotten it from yeah the weather and from other kids.. take care you both.. cheers!
