They say, time flies away fast when things are good and you are happy. While there has been plenty of sleepless nights, projectile poops, pukes on blouses, splattered food on floors, and days when our house is just a huge mess, I know that my life is SUPER good because a year has passed since C came to our lives, and it seems to me that everything happened in just a blink of an eye.
As of writing, our little Chrisi-bear is a year, 1month, and 3 weeks old. How he grew so fast and so soon is a miracle to me! He is developing in such an advance pace and I am so proud of him because of that but sometimes I wish I could freeze the time and baby him forever.
Here are some photos taken on his birthday in June. It was a simple and intimate barbecue party with very few guests. We made a pirate themed birthday party because he is the pirate who stole our hearts forever.
I decorated his room a bit to kind of let him know when he wakes up that “today” is different…”today” is special.
